This is an extensive 32,000 sf multi-phased remodel of an OSHPD 2 Skilled Nursing Facility. Scope of work entails adding bathing suites and restrooms to each unit, unit reconfiguration and new finishes for (69) patient rooms, nurses station pavilion, patients’ activity room, dining hall and administrative offices. This work will be done in phases to keep the facility fully operational. Scope also includes a new mechanical system and removal / replacement of the roof.
