This project includes a 4,500 square footage expansion to the existing Serrano Country Club Fitness Center at Serrano Country Club in El Dorado Hills. The expansion included fully integrated cardio equipment, a well-appointed group exercise room, renovations to the locker rooms and expansion of the dining area. High-end finishes throughout matching the standard of décor at the country club. Extensive site improvements, including extensive stone pavers and stone-clad walls. Additional fully lit tennis courts and resurfacing of the existing courts.
