This OSHPD 1 project is a complete modernization of (2) elevator cabs in an active hospital. One elevator services (5) floors of their tower. There other elevator services (3) floors of the tower. We are modernizing one elevator at a time, therefore, it is (2) phases. The elevator modernization scope of work includes some of the following:
- New cab interior finishes
- New Hoist cables
- Brakes
- New control system
- Replacement lighting
- New In-car lanterns that will be brushed stainless steel.
- Additional smoke curtains all the elevator lobbies.
- Upgraded fire alarm in the elevator lobby.
