This project consisted of four, two story office buildings with concrete tilt-up construction. A 250,000 s/f of customer service center. Extensive site work on a 30 acre site. Mass excavation of 300,000 cubic yards including 50,000 cubic yards of drilling and blasting through solid granite. A project timeline of 13-months. Rick was the onsite project manager while with his previous company.
