Ground-up construction project will replace the historic 100-year-old Southwest Hall building. The new three-story, 90,817-square-foot structure is thoughtfully designed to emulate the original architecture, the building consists of 204 dormitory units accommodating 390 students, three 2-bed room apartments, study spaces, restrooms, amenity spaces and support areas.
