With a lifelong passion for construction, Rick brings a wealth of experience and a bold, innovative approach to the industry.

As a dedicated leader, Rick embodies positivity, drive, and a willingness to take calculated risks. His entrepreneurial journey began in commercial construction in 1982.

Rick's love for adventure and the great outdoors is evident in his favorite place in the world, Lake Tahoe. He finds solace and joy in the mountains, where he indulges in snow skiing during the winter months and mountain biking. When the sun is shining, Rick can be found water skiing and boating with his beloved family.

At the core of RCP Construction lies family, with Rick's remarkably supportive wife, Cindy Poipao, along with two daughters, a son, and two sons-in-law, all actively contributing to the company. Beyond the demands of work, Rick treasures moments spent with his family, whether it's exploring the great outdoors, sharing laughter around the dinner table, or simply enjoying quality time together.
